The New York Giants have dropped 2 straight games to two incredibly tough opponents, landing them at 2-4 on the season. However, because of the lackluster NFC East pool this year, the Giants find themselves just 1.5 games back of first place in the division.
On Thursday morning, a video surfaced on twitter in which James Jones of NFL Network broke down the Giants remaining schedule. To many viewers surprise, he claimed the Giants were going to go on a massive run, and that we are “going to be talking about them” in a few weeks.
Here’s what he predicted this morning:
vs. Cardinals (W), @ Lions (W), vs. Cowboys (W), at Jets (W), at Bears (L), vs. Packers (W), at Eagles (L), vs. Dolphins (W), at Redskins (W), vs. Eagles (W)
If this prediction holds true, he has the Giants finishing 10-6 on the season, and even winning the NFC East. With Saquon Barkley presumably returning Sunday with Evan Engram, the Giants have a real shot to out together a run provided the defense plays terrific football.
It’s no secret that the Giants schedule gets easier as opposed to the first 6 weeks, but can they put together another magical run under Daniel Jones, Saquon Barkley and a defense?
