The Giants are on a 2 game winning streak for the first time in 2 years. One of the biggest reasons for the recent success are the editions of Corey Coleman and Jamon Brown. Since these two were signed the special teams have been phenomenal, and the offensive line has done very well.

Colmena had been on the Browns, Bills, and Patriots before he landed on the Giants. He has found a home as a kickoff returner and has been doing very well The improvement of the special teams has led to great field position for Eli Manning and the offensive line. Coleman has down well on kickoff returns averaging 28 yards on each return and has a long of 51 yards. Coleman has also been used as a WR and has 2 receptions for 20 yards. Coleman is slowly emerging as a WR3 with Latimar being on IR.

“I feel the same way,” Coleman said while he sat on a stool in front of his locker on Wednesday. “You can’t control some things.”

“When I was on that other team in Ohio I had to just do what I was told … it comes down to control what you can control.”

Jamon Brown was released by the Rams and picked up by the Giants. Brown has been dominating and has given Eli time to move the ball. This had led to Odell having 3 TD and 150+ yards in the 2 games. The O-line has also led to Saquon having over 250 scrimmage yards and 2 TD. Jamon Brown has a big test this week against the Eagles where he will have to face Fletcher Cox.

If the Giants want to go 9-7 and make playoffs all of these players have to keep on playing like they have been. The last two games have given this fanbase the hope that we have been waiting for a long time!
